DEEPSEA Control System FaultsIndication: Oil pressure fails to build after startup.
Checks:
1.Inspect the oil pressure alarm switch circuit for accidental grounding.
2.Verify oil pressure via the gauge. If extremely low, the oil pump may be faulty (replace if necessary).
Warning: Never bypass the oil pressure alarm to operate the generator—risk of severe engine damage.
Indication: Engine overheated or high-temperature alarm circuit grounded/damaged.
Checks:
1.Clean radiator fins and verify coolant levels after cooldown.
2.Test the coolant temperature alarm switch for faults.
1.3 "OVERSPEED" Indicator Illuminated
